“I will never stay at this hotel again! There was so much confusion about the charges for the room. Reservations were made through Expedia but we were told they actually don't have anything to do with them, and I ended up paying more than what Expedia had quoted me when I made the reservation. The worst of the worst was the fact that we couldn't check in until after past 6 pm because they didn't have enough staff to get the rooms cleaned and ready!!! The front desk lady had no customer service……

“Wanted to let all the staff know that my experience was so great. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I had an issue with my TV not working. They came up to my room and tried to fix the problem. They could not fix the problem, so they gave me another room. The housekeeper named Crystal was so friendly to me always asking if I needed anything. I have never stayed here before. I will never stay anywhere else. Thanks again to all the staff. JOB WELL DONE.”

“Very nice house and very clean. Water pressure in the bathrooms for the shower is extremely low but everything was very nice and clean. Would stay here again. The bed in the extra room was a little uncomfortable in the extra room. A little hard for our backs. Check in was easy. ”
