“No kitchen ”

“Came during spring break week when it was supposed to be crowded. You would figure the hotel would be staffed properly and have all of the amenities open. Their rum room was closed down. The breakfast buffet they usually have in the mornings was not happening. Tried to call at 9:54pm to get room service and had to beg to get iut because they were closing at 10. Told we could only order from a partial menu and when we got it, it looked thrown together and definitely not appetising. That……

“The facility was great, beautiful and clean. The walk to beach wasn’t bad, just didn’t like that there was bathroom close, so if your 50 plus you have to walk back to hotel. The breakfast was superb, nice variety. ”

“Loved the stay. Beach and room were wonderful. Only negative is the shower drain did not work. ”

“Pool and beach were great, the staff at this hotel were the most welcoming and friendly people I have ever met. Hotel restaurant bar were terrific.”

“Everything was as expected. The beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed in the condo, and the resort amenities were great. We loved the 12th floor. The only cons: there were some kitchen items missing (forks, bowls, etc.) and the door to one bedroom wouldn’t close without lifting & pushing it shut.”
