“We are quite picky and this rental surpassed our expectations. First, it is in a wonderful location in Loveland, walking distance to tons of coffee shops and restaurants. The off-street parking spot was a huge benefit. The actual unit had so much character and the owner put so many personal touches into making our stay wonderful. Slippers, cloth shopping bags, tons of kitchen supplies (coffee, snacks, etc). The air hockey table and massage chair were a big perk and made our stay a bit more fun.……

“Noah and Cici's place was lovely, exactly as pictured--clean, tasteful, and welcoming! The location is awesome. We enjoyed several restaurants right across the street and loved that we could walk to fun places like the Denver Botanic Gardens and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. Communication was easy and check in and check out were a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“We stayed in this beautiful 3,800 sq ft residence during our recent trip to Denver, and it absolutely exceeded expectations. The space was immaculate, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Beds were super comfortable, linens and towels were high quality, and the entire unit had a clean, upscale vibe.Location was excellent easy and direct commute from the airport and conveniently located near everything we needed. The only downside is that there’s no free on-street parking, so……

“This is my second stay at this property and each time I am there, I am struck by how clean it is. It is within walking distance of downtown Boulder and multiple grocery stores. The Arapahoe Loft is a little slice of heaven. ”

“We felt at home as soon as we walked in. We live in a rural area so were worried about noise, place was quiet and yet convenient to shopping, downtown and the rec center. Nancy promptly answered the few questions we had. We came to visit family, but wanted a space of out own, this was perfect. ”

“Great location. Convenient to town center. Welcoming amenities. We have family in the area, so grandkids came over to watch TV and nap. Loved the steam setting on the dryer which allowed me to unwrinkle my packed shirts.”

“We loved this location. It was easy to get around the city and easy to get away. Walk a couple of blocks and you feel like your in the suburbs or a few blocks and your at Union station. The rooms were very clean comfortable and safe. We would highly recommend it.”

“This was our first time staying at Caleb's airbnb. The space was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed to prepare dinners and bake some treats. Having the outside deck was an added bonus! We would stay here again for sure! ”
