Room 102. The AC did not work and staff was unavailable to come look at it. The room looked like a remodel was started but never finished correctly (over spray texture on doors, wood filler between all the gaps in the tongue and groove boards). Weeds were growing out of the sheet rock in the shower. The shower curtain had hair all over it. The shower and sink water both have a horrible chlorine smell like a swimming pool.

Grandview was great! Quiet, in town and had everything I needed. I look forward to going back.

This property should not be used until it has updates. The electrical system is very old, plugs won’t stay in, you have to unplug items to not trip a circuit and I felt unsafe. The heating wall gas heating unit did not function and I was very happy to see CO monitors in place. This unit looked like it was from the 40’s. The paint is chipped, there are large chunks of wood missing and an all of the faucets dripped water. This was not the unit I chose at booking but was given to us due to repairs on the original unit. The office, staff and restaurant were outstanding.

Great staff! Very helpful and welcoming! Only issue we had was that our room smelled like smoke even though it’s a smoke free hotel. We had our kiddos and the smell wasn’t the greatest for them. We didn’t change rooms due to the hotel being booked.

Worst public signage I had trouble finding. On site Office directional signage non existent.
