Booked via Expedia. When we arrived we were told they did not have any rooms even though we had pre-paid. The front desk person explained that they had problems with their set up with Expedia and that there were multiple parties booked that did not truly have rooms. This business needs to get their systems figured out. The front desk person was not the friendliest person.

Friendly staff. Clean. Sink is outside the bathroom which can be awkward. Breakfast was good. The lobby has dark wood which is dated but looks like a lodge. No elevator but entry to rooms as on the inside which is always safer. They allow pets for a fee which means rooms probably had pets before. But it was clean. Close to Great Sand Dunes as you can be. It’s 30 minute away but other than this town, there aren’t closer choices.
