4/5 - Good
This is a small town with not a lot of "touristy" things, but worth a visit if you want to learn more about Colorado history, or just see the real people of Colorado. We missed the Castle, but it sounds like an interesting stop!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great spot to stay. Friendly owners, lots of wildlife came through the property, and the hot tub was hot and clean. Would recommend!

If a single bedroom (plus sleeper sofa) fits your needs it would be hard to find a better one than this. Well appointed. Great shower, bed, appliances, and washer/dryer. Easy in and out. Responsive host.

Friendly people, but only two restaurants and one gas station. Very convenient for Cumbres & Toltec Railroad, just 5 minutes from station.
A remote town which benefits from being at one end of the Cumbres & Toltec scenic railway. It’s a steam train ride between Antinoto, CO and Sharma NM.
If your going there to ride the train go to Chama and ride the train from there, there's a lot more to do and see in Chama.
Quiet little one-horse town about an hr S of Colorado Gators alligator park & Great Sand Dunes (N of Alamosa). Lots of marijuana shops (good prices) where you can buy CBD, the calming chem that doesn't interfere w/driving. Very friendly people.
Antonito is a small town. There are only 2 restaurants in town and the only convenience area is a family dollar. W drove to Alomosa a lot.
