"This is one of a small cluster of different rustic cabins. Our fireplace was perfect, which also helped create a quiet, relaxing environment. No cell reception on the property for us, which limited our ability to plan activities on the fly, but not really a big deal. Will stay here again if we’re in the area."

"The cabin was a perfect getaway weekend for us. It was very clean, and located close to Ligonier and parks for hiking. You can hear the water from a nearby stream, but no traffic or noise. We would definitely recommend it and hope to visit again in the future."

"This cabin is the perfect place to escape the craziness of life. There is complete privacy with only the sights and sounds of nature. The cabin is immaculate, well maintained, and had everything we needed. It's an extra bonus that it is environmentally conscious. We enjoyed exploring Confluence, Ohiopyle and Mount Davis. Often times we had the trails/ roads to ourselves."

The location in Penn allowed for a somewhat centralized point where family members from Baltimore MD and Dayton OH were able to meet for a get away. The house was as described with multiple bedrooms, spacious eating area and a large family room area where we were able to play games and watch movies. "The only issue was the fact that we had to pay extra for internet. This is in the listing but really should be communicated upfront and not just when checkin instructions are sent. I’d suggest bringing this up at the very beginning and include however many packages of 12GB can be used. The cabin was a bit tight for 6 people but 5 would be great. Super well maintained and close to sites."

"I had a peaceful retreat weekend at Spring House. The cabin was just as pictured on Vrbo. The picture windows in the dining room have clear views of the woods and the stream. I walked onto the deck to listen to the stream and look up at the trees, even though it was chilly outside. The cabin inside was warm and cozy. I would definitely stay in the cabin again in the future when I need quiet time away. It is also a short drive to Fallingwater, and I enjoyed a guided tour of the UNESCO world...
