“This was a WONDERFUL stay! I am so happy I picked this Hilton!! On arrival the lady at the desk was absolutely a joy! She was friendly, kind, helpful, and supportive. She had a kind beautiful smile as well. The room was absolutely perfect! We had a king suite with fridge and microwave. The couch was very comfortable! The bed was comfy. The room was spotless and has full size lotion, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel bottles in the bathroom. They also provide a face wipe and bar……

“Breakfast staff/lady sounded Rude. She seem to be primarily interested in cleaning her area instead of serving the guest. Front of the desk person in the morning time did not care to help much with the area resources. Need to improve communication skills. Put a welcoming staff member who is warm smiling and wiling to help. Same with the breakfast area staff.”
