"This was perfect for our vacation- near the city with easy access to lots of great places in the Bay Area but quiet and secluded for winding down at the end of the day. Everything was clean and comfortable and the host is attentive and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again! We loved having our own outdoor space and the park across the street was a nice place for a little walk."

"Conveniently located near the John Muir National Historic Site, and right across the street from a number of restaurants, grocery store, and CVS, this was a great stay for us. The room was clean the kids loved the pool and hot tub, and the breakfast was delicious, with eggs, sausage, gravy, danishes, yogurt, cereal, and fruit. 10/10 would stay again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay in Martinez, and the unit was completely stocked with everything we needed. The host was communicative and gave us plenty of information to access the property with ease. Our only issue was that we could hear a lot of what the hosts were doing, including their children, and constant walking above us. We understand this is a unit attached to a house, but the listing noted total privacy and called it an apartment, which technically it is, but we’d consider it more of an in-law suite. The daytime noise paired with the strict quiet hours made it a bit restrictive for us (an adult couple), but we would still consider it a five star stay given the small town and the centrality. "
