Probably the only hotel in Lyngby. Modern, minimalist facility, but not worthy of being classified as a 4-star. Small rooms without minimal equipment (wardrobe, bath mat, small toiletries). Breakfast sufficient but too repetitive for someone like me who stayed 6 days. Cleanliness is also minimalist, lots of dust on the furniture never cleaned. One day they didn't even redo the room.

The outlook of the hotel was beautiful but outside was plane, only parking area. No place to sit or do anything. The staff of the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Overall a really nice place to be.

I will stay there again

Nice hotel, excellent beds, not much noise from neighbors - only problem I had was that parking was difficult due to maintenace of the hotels parking lot (where there nomally are plenty of space)

Overall decent for visiting dtu and Lyngby. The hotel should ask for a 150s bus-stop near the hotel, as the bus-line already pass through that road. Basic yet clean and with pleasent staff.

I enjoyed the breakfast; many good options with some attention to those with dairy intolerance. The staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. The temperature control in the room was amazing. I am always either too hot or too cold, and here it felt perfect all the time. I really loved how green they are. Biodegradable trash bags, fewer towels, etc. I wish they had 24 hour reception desk available. I know that there is a phone line open when a receptionist is not there but it makes a big difference for an actual person to be present especially for guests who arrive after hours. An extra towel or foot mat for the floor after stepping out of the shower would be good.

Rooms very noisy because of floors. Stone parking lot, unfinished. Have to walk all way around building to get in doors to enter. Not very close to any stores but gas station, to walk to. Biking area is close. Have another company's workout facility attached, so people, auto's traffic. Not a very variety for breakfast, no hot cooked bacon, sausages, have to boil own eggs. Door to my room had to be slammed to close! Felt it was secure. Right by busy highway.

''Ok'' hotel, but unfortunately just barely ''ok''

We stayed here for three nights. The hotel was clean and modern and the staff we met was very friendly, but unfortunately that's pretty much it... Despite being October and chilly outside, it was really warm in our room and there was no way to adjust the room temperature. The indoor air was musty and the window in our room and the windows in the corridor had a problem with condensation. There was also no Smart TV / Chromecast or minibar. Toilet paper was of low-quality, and the breakfast was expensive with not much to offer. Overall the price-quality ratio wasn't really that good considering the location of the hotel.

No AC and no reception after 21:00 - basic service

Hotel maximum for one night in Copenhagen and Hellerup. Parking is not charged extra. My Studio Room is very basic (239€ with Breakfast) and everything else is also very basic. For example is it impossible to lock the door manualy and Reception is closing 21:00. I had to check in with terminal. I have only one pillow, two small towels etc. It is very hot inside room and there is no Air Condition. Open Windows also not possible due to streets beside hotel. Very noisy unfortunnately. I will try not to book Zleep Hotel again.

Crazy issue

Tried to use the washing machine it flooded on the first floor then I was told to go use the fifth floor washing machine that one flooded as well. I have a ruined bathing suit as well as a ruined shirt. I would like some sort of compensation. I have pictures. I don’t see where I can upload these pictures. The staff then had to go do my laundry laundry in the staff laundry. It took six hours to get it back. The staff was amazing with the help, but the washing machine situation never should’ve happened. Oh and I added a picture of the pillow with the stain on it that was left for me to use obviously, it hasn’t been washed. Look at all the wrinkles.
