Poor attention to detail. Shower mat had a huge bunch of matted hair on it which was clearly visible by whomever left it next to the shower (assuming housekeeping). Floors not very clean.
Bedding - you are given a thin sheet rather than a duvet, mattress is like concrete. We were glad we only stayed on night.
Went into annex building on arrival - no staff. Eventually found staff member and asked where reception was, he answered floor 19 - considering there’s only 5 floors in the building I knew this wasn’t right. Turns out it’s in another separate building.
On checking out, they couldn’t find us… took ages to check out as receptionist simply shrugged his shoulders and said it’s fine. Really strange experience.
Breakfast buffet was good with good selection and nice staff.
Wouldn’t recommend to friends & family.
