The check-in process is at a kiosk in the lobby and someone checks you in via zoom. I didn't find it to be inconvenient at all. "The hotel was pretty clean inside the rooms, newly renovated. Very disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room. Unfortunately Eureka is full of homeless and people on drugs. Definitely could be cleaner on the outside "

"I checked in on Saturday just around noon. I was greeted at the counter and I asked about the restaurant next door and the surrounding area. After checking in about 10-minutes later I received a call from the front desk checking in if everything was ok. I liked that! Check out was super easy Sunday morning before 6am. "Nice fenced in area for the dogs to run off leash, and lovely gardens to explore while on leash. Decent enough breakfast. Just a bit overpriced for where the hotel is located. "

"I stayed during the expensive graduation weekend. The price was much lower than most other hotels. Front desk was friendly at check in. There were a couple of insignificant issues with the room like poor lighting, and the bathroom fan was loud, but none of the issues that seriously interfere with feelings of safety and comfort that you often face with hotels priced this low. I highly recommend if you're on a budget. "

"Good prices and mostly good condition,my only complaint was that the floors werent very clean and the mini fridge which i specifically paud mire for wasnt working but it was a short stay,i ended up not using the refrigerator so it wasnt a hige deal. I was more concerned with the floors being cleaned good since my 7 year old brought toys to play with. Overall it was good."

"Our room was clean. Beds were big and comfortable, bathroom was also clean and spacious. Location is also great, close to restaurants and nice beaches. It was quiet at night so we got good sleep, easy and plenty os spots for parking. "

"What a gem! We loved our stay at Mendo Bungalow. It’s charming, quiet, super clean & comfortable. The managers go the extra mile to make guests comfortable. Chairs on the lawn with a fantastic view, s’mores kits, water bottles in the room. Every thoughtful detail—so nice to settle in for the night in a place like this. Also very close to Mendocino—4 minute drive to restaurants, stores, coastal walks, etc. "
