It was inviting and in a great neighborhood for walking around. I traveled with my pup and it was a perfect space for pets with plenty of places to walk him. “Mendocino is my ‘happy place’& I wanted to celebrate ringing in the new year there! The novelty of staying in a water tower interested me & I was in luck booking this place. It was minutes from downtown Mendocino & yet secluded in location farther up the road. The views of the trees were so calming.”

“Queen's Loft was a nice surprise! I expected a small second-story loft, but it was quite large with a kitchenette, nice roomy bathroom, dining area, living area and 2 king beds (and 2 twin bed that we didn't use), and lots of windows that we opened at night to let the cool, piney-scented air in. What I loved the most was how quiet it was there. Going to sleep breathing piney-scented cool air in complete silence was wonderful....best rest I've had in a long time!”

“It was our first stay in a lighthouse keeper's inn. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. There was ample light entering the room from both the north and south sides. We stayed for two nights and the kitchen had ample utensils and plates to cook food from scratch and/or warm prepared food.The only thing that we would have had liked would be more rugs on the floor and more mats in the bathroom.
