I read the description of the hotel which said parking available (for a fee) but on arrival found it was a nearby council carpark. I took my old soft top car and was disappointed to leave it overnight outside and vulnerable. It would have been helpful if the car park arrangement was clearer "

"Onsite parking was perfect, especially as it was a motorbike holiday. Felt secure and safe. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, especially the door man who was always eager to help with a smile.
