10/10 Excellent

"We snagged this because it was cheap and went in with low expectations but were blown away. The staff was incredible and we witnessed them speaking 4 different languages to different customers. Even though we were in at 10:30pm and downstairs for coffee at 4:45am there was someone waiting to help, grab doors or luggage, hit the elevator button for us, chat with us. The shower was excellent & if you’re familiar with Colombia, having EASY controls for consistent hot water was very nice. Beds were more comfortable than most that we’ve been at anywhere. Immediately saved this place as a favorite for the next time we’re in BOG. The shuttle to the airport was clutch also, running every hour starting at 5am and was clean with better seating than our airplanes had lol"
