I thought your staff was absolutely amazing room was a little disappointing looking out at a parking lot a skyway, and then working on a scaffolding! But like I said, you’re staff in your building look absolutely gorgeous

While the room was excellent in terms of both space and amenities, the lack of communication regarding check-in was very frustrating. I had to call Expedia before the property finally texted me which room I was in and the access code. Good thing that the weather was nice while I waited around for almost 30 minutes before I could get into my room. I've never had this type of issue before with a virtual front desk.

So there’s no front desk or anywhere to ask someone something but other than that it is a very cool unique place and the bar is so fun

I really didnt appreciate how tall the bed was off the floor. That should be changed. The space was really lovely and a walk around the neighborhood was really cool since there are so many old mansions nearby!
