"Communication with host in advance was horrible. VRBO had to get involved. Only received the most basic check in info at 2:45pm on day of check in and only because I kept reaching out. When we arrived the temp was above 80 and after 15 min of trying was not changing. There were dead bugs on 2 of the bath towels and on kitchen counter, it was dirty and smelled of smoke. We contacted VRBO and after the ring around we were able to be transferred to a new place. Do not recommend!!!"

"TERRIBLE!! DO NOT RENT! House is in a terrible part of town, the outside is overgrown and unkept. Brick columns by the driveway were falling down. House was filthy. Dirty floors, dirty windows, dirty socks and dead insects next to the couch, closets filled with cobwebs, handprints on the stairway walls, muddy boot prints in the bathroom. On top of all of it A SNAKE CAME OUT OF THE BATHROOM SINK!!! A live snake!! Immediately contacted the host and was not only denied a refund but called a liar....

"WOW, just WOW! This home has EVERYTHING and is super clean! We were in town for a college visit and enjoyed everything about this home, home is super clean and has EVERYTHING you need. From booking to check in to check out, host was AMAZING! Tanner was very quick at responding to everything! Definitely would be back if I was in this area! "
