The space:
Discover our classic Texan retreat, featuring a warm brick facade, hardwood floors, and picturesque trees that dazzle in Autumn. Enjoy light-filled, cozy double-height spaces for family board games by the fire.

Steps from Knox Henderson's amenities, relish lively dining & nightlife. Savor a traditional benedict at Old Monk, shop in one of Dallas' best streets, and indulge in Pie Tap's naturally leavened sausage pizza, all nearby.

Despite the proximity to excitement, our home ensures a safe, peaceful sleep-in.

Guest access:
The guest will be able to access all parts of the home. However please be mindful that the home is shared in a common area with 3 other homes protected by a gate. Please be mindful of my watchful neighbors and keep only to our designated area.

Other things to note
We only allow 4 cars to be parked on site at all times (2 garage + 2 right outside of garage) all other parking outside will be towed. If you have other cars we require that you park on the street. Please note that either 2 SUVs or 1 large truck will fit in the garage, depending on the size of the car. Please call us if you have any special vehicle needs
