"This was the perfect spot for my weekend getaway! I was attending a music festival at a venue about 3 blocks away. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean with an excellent shower. Yes, there is a lot of homelessness in the area, but I was already familiar with the area and the owner was very transparent about what to expect. Regardless, we felt very safe and secure in the spot and same with the parking"

"This is a decent place to stay for the price. It was clean, but not pristine. The rental was decorated nicely and they have made effort to make it upscale. (Bidet, fancy sinks, nice appliances.) There are a few things that knock it down a star though: No lamps at all, just overhead lights. Linens and towels were clean, but had to be fished out of a pile in the laundry room and from the dryer. Access code was not actually text in the app, it was photoshop'd onto a picture within the details of...
