“This was a great location. Just a couple of things were lacking. No kettle, no drying towels in kitchen but did have paper towel. Master bedroom does not have a fan and there is no A/C so in summer this place will be hot. You can open the windows but the skytrain noise may be a problem for some.Otherwise it is a great place to stay!”

I would note that if you are from a rural area like me, bring a sound machine ( or white noise app) for the urban street noise you hear on the third floor. “Communication was AWESOME, I was checked on routinely and loved that.The walkability of this place is over the top! I walked to Roger’s Arena, BC Place, Costco, Gastown, and through International Village.The skytrain station right out side was also a HUGE plus for adventuring. Canada Place was close so I was also able to check it out and see the Harbour.It was a bit noisy at night due to foot traffic but that’s definitely to be expected when you’re downtown. “Exactly what you need to explore this amazing city! Great location, modern decor, sparse yet functional, comfy bed and couch. Strong showerhead, great view, friendly building. Starbucks and liquor store across the street, cool dishes, good AC, strong ceiling fan, plenty of bedding linens, good washer/dryer.Only issues were the bathroom exhaust fan is ready for a proper burial, the sink garbage disposal wouldnt work so it plugged up (maybe a faulty switch?) and only one access fob so be prepared……

“This rental was great for a couple of days in Vancouver. Close to Yaletown and china town and hence good selection of transit and restaurants etc. unit was as advertised and worked well for our family of 4. Be aware that it is urban with some street noise and noise from the sky train station. But it was more like white noise than disruptive. It was a bit warm so they had portable air conditioners in the unit to keep it cool. Excellent communication from the host. Thanks! ”
