"Just be careful, stipulation between “ocean view” and “ocean facing”. Ocean view rooms are family efficiencies, ocean facing rooms are upgraded with balcony and newer kitchenette. We expected a private balcony, when we booked but that was the only issue we had. Property is beautiful and staff is incredibly nice. Beach is convenient and food and drink service a major perk. We loved not having to park at a beach and lug all the stuff. Chairs, umbrellas, everything provided. Warm water and small waves for little ones. We had a wonderful vacation and are planning to book again next year!"

"We enjoyed the spacious, clean and sunny room. There was a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The service was excellent. While we didn’t have the beach view we were expecting, the property is steps away and easy access to the beach. We will stay again in the room we had if available on our next visit. "

"Great location, 5 minute walk to Sea Street Beach. Classic Cape motel, well maintained, clean, quiet, good amenities (pool, grills). Staff very friendly and helpful. Many restaurants within walking distance. An excellent value for the rate I paid for 3 nights. Definitely recommended."

"First time staying and it was quiet and clean. The pool was always clean. The only thing I did not like was that the lock for inside the room was at a toddler level so they could easily open it and get out. But overall will definitely be returning! "
