"I was not told that there was a safe or a sauna. I was not given the instructions on how to use the appliances: Oven, microwave, TV. (sorry, but these are different from those in the US). The vents in the bathroom and in the kitchen are super dirty causing me to sneeze constantly. Apparently, they use a cloth of some sort to clean the bathroom mirror and it doesn{t work because you can see the streak all over. The room looks clean but on closer inspection it is not.
