“Worst booking ever. No, I repeat, no hotel staff....anywhere. The front door to the hotel was unlocked. The restaurant was locked. The bar was locked. Our key was put in the room door. No air con, No bathroom in the room. Small room - about 3 meters square. Just a bed. No table (or room) for even one piece of luggage. Absolutely ridiculous. One public area toilet did not flush. Leave your key on the counter when you go. Expedia, shame on you. This hotel is ok for those who want this type of……

You can tell that motel uses good quality in intetior design, for example, the faucets and shower head are very nice and comfortable - please do keep the good quality. Reception is super nice and will provide you some good advices for places to visit. Omarama is on a very important location when travelling between Queenstown and Christchurch and this place is definitely a good choice for a nice stay.”
