"The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...

"Beautiful, serene and unique! The perfect getaway to relax and unwind. My husband and I stayed 4 nights with our dog and enjoyed every moment. The property is incredibly private and makes you feel like you're in your own secluded garden. "I would rate this country apartment as among the best places I've stayed. It was the cleanest, most comfortable, well appointed apartments. It's location is perfect for being out in the country so we could see the stars, yet, close to the dream parks, like 5 min to West Oneonta. We felt right at home, but in a country setting. I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone coming to this area."

"Really great house for multiple families to stay at during Cooperstown All Star Village Tournaments - super close, in great shape, large property, pool, etc. Really enjoyed our stay here. Best part was the owner Judy - she was very responsive to questions, provided great info on the local area and even followed our teams games so that necessary maintenance could be planned around times where we were not at the house."

"An Old Fashioned (in the best sense of the word) lake side hotel with a creaky, quirky charm we found endearing. We stayed in a second floor room that might charitably be described as snug. However, the indoor and outdoor common areas, particularly the abundance of seating with westward facing views of the lake, more than make up for it. The cozy, convivial restaurant/ bar area offered solidly tasy ,abundantly portioned reasonably priced food served by earnest and eager staff. We can not speak too highly of the expert, 5 Star service provided by Sabina. From beginning to end, she made our lodging experience one which we will speak fondly about for years to come."
