Good location. Spacious rooms. Clean. Kitchenettes
Very young hip crowd with a busy night scene. We stayed in a king suite and the furniture looked run down but room was clean bed was good and nice bedding. Customer service was exceptional! They called 15 minutes after checking to see if all was acceptable.
Excellent location and the neighbor is perfect for stay, good restaurants, stores for shopping, good for walking to different places of importance.
Very convenient location to explore Manhattan. Close to everything you love about thé cire.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms. As in many hotels, there was an unpleasantly bright flashing light on the smoke detector on the ceiling, positioned so that it shines right in your eyes when you're in bed. Other than that, no complaints!
Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location. Important plus was the free parking right outside during weekends. The lobby is a little cramped and during peak hours you might have to wait for a bit for one of two elevators but that comes with the territory.
