"This is the worst place we've ever stayed. The comments that was left on Expedia giving it a great place, is not true. If I was Expedia I would not recommend it. Dirty, nothing like the picture, no remodel in our room as stated. Kitchenette was a joke. Regular cups and glasses out with no protective covers. Should be using throw away cups. Were did they clean them bathroom. Floor tile was dirty, cracked and loose. Could not get heater to work. I could go on. Just find a better place."

"We liked the location as we spent three days in Durango, adventuring. Parking was tricky, however, if we got back later in the evening. The guest closet was helpful for ice and other supplies.Loved the decor and big sign at entrance. "

"Though well-worn, Everything worked well, but there was no individual room climate control. No problem. The man at the desk loaned us a space heater. The room was surprisingly quiet considering it is about fifty feet from a main highway, US550. A very pleasant location feature is its proximity to a fine library, gardens, riverwalk and fish hatchery and downtown. Yes...we would stay there again"
