A 3rd party to send us the info to get into the building is definitely challenging when you are from another country since you have you call someone to get this info. That being said after the phone call took a few minutes for them to send an email with the codes. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. To pay over £250 per night per room without breakfast in Liverpool is extortionate. The rooms initially overlooked the road and a building site but thankfully the staff appreciated our concerns and relocated us. We didn’t even have any fruit or biscuits in our rooms. David and the girls were so helpful, friendly and hardworking. No breakfast available on site would be my only gripe if I were to have one, but it didn't make a big difference to us, as it was easy to get food sorted locally anyway. We would definitely recommend to other visitors and stay again ourselves.
