"Lovely, clean, modern hotel. No tv, which we did not mind. No parking, which wasn’t ideal but we made it work. Fed the meter for the day. Overall great experience. I would definitely recommend The Arts hotel."

"We arrived to be told the property was not ready for us even though it was two hours past the check in time advertised. We were told it would be another hour. It ended up being a lot longer with not even an apology. Just an excuse as to why the room wasn't ready. The excuse . . . they were busy. ..."
