The facility was fantastic…location, space, room 102 was amazing. We loved overlooking the courtyard. Our only complaint was that using the washer dryer was not easy and the directions not clear….the staff did the best they could. I would recommend having clear written instructions for future guests.

Lovely clean hotel, great location. Easy links to railway and trams right outside make it a convenient spot to stay.

Lovely spacious modern clean room, staff super friendly and helpful, a very good location between SBB station and old town. However, mattresses on the beds are absolutely dire - very cheap - the springs collapse when you lie on them giving little comfort - they really need to replace these with memory foam / better quality mattresses. Also beware that at present there is a major building renovation directly opposite which means you cannot open windows due to extreme drilling and banging noise although when closed very quiet BUT no air conditioning in this hotel (apparently a strange local law for new premises).
