Roy was so friendly and easy to deal with it made the whole vacation a pleasure. We will be back next summer."

Great bass fishing too! There is a wonderful dock but be sure to bring your own water toys. Great place for children with neighbors that encourage lots of kid play, exploring/adventuring, and boisterous fun."

It had the feeling of being deep in the woods but it’s actually within a few minutes of Boothbay center and I’m talking 5 to 6 minutes of drive time. "If you want QUIET, this is the perfect place. All we could hear was the sounds of the ocean. Loved waking up to the sound of boats and sea life. At high tide the deck is actually OVER the water. You seriously can’t get closer to the ocean than this. AND- they don’t cheap out on the toilet paper! 😜"

"I was offered Stella which is a beautiful little apartment due to a mistake I made when applying to stay in Roxie. I didn't realize Roxie was solar and I really needed electricity for this stay. It was a more a business trip not a camping trip.Sherri very graciously let me stay in Stella which was wonderful . Very clean, bright , everything you could need .
