“Overall our stay was nice. Any communication with the host was clear and quick with responses. Check-in was easy and clear. The living areas were comfy and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen essentials, outside of scissors and a drying dish rack. The bathroom was also well stocked with bathroom essentials. The cooling/heating/fan controls were a little finicky (eg. If you set to cool or fan it seemed to favor heating the spaces vs cooling). My overall gripe was with the hot tub.……

“This room in this home is basically a two season rental - spring or fall. This room does not have air conditioning. It was so hot during our July visit we couldn't stay the second night of our two-night visit. The squeeky broken ceiling fan did nothing to make it better. Other visitors have mentioned it was cold during their visit. There is no thermostat for the heat so you are relying on a remote thermostat somewhere else in the house to control the baseboard radiators. The location was……
