"My husband and I stayed here for a short getaway. This was our first time using VRBO. Melissa, the host, made the process of everything so easy and her recommendation for restaurants near by were wonderful! The property itself was easy to access, very well kept, and had beautiful scenery. We spent most of our time in the big comfy swing on the screened in back porch just enjoying the scenery. "

"First of all, the owner Michele is a very sweet person and did her best to give us a great experience. The house is located on a hillside and grants a gorgeous view from the well built balcony. There’s lots of little sections where you can hang out or slip away to be by yourself for a moment.The driveway is a bit narrow, so if you have a very wide vehicle keep that in mind. My 2016 Outback had zero issues navigating. The cleanliness was average, we did find the microwave to be dirty and there were unclean dishes put away. We simply opted to run a couple loads to get everything to our standard and were fine. All of the teflon pans were scratched so if you enjoy home cooking, I would recommend bringing your favorite pan with you. Nothing we were too bothered by but something some may want to note.The pool table needs some repair, it does work however the bumpers were loose. The table is an 8” not a full 9” which is suitable for the space. It also doubles as a pingpong table. We did not try the hot tub but it looked clean and was in working order. We were expected to take the trash to a remote facility which is a 5 minute drive. It costs 2 per bag. I did not particularly enjoy putting trash in my car so be warned.The fees were reasonable and Michele again was wonderful and very responsive whenever we had a question."

"I was presently surprised by this hotel! I was expecting something rundown and dirty because it is a Comfort Inn. But even though it’s older, it’s extremely well kept! The king size room we had was very big and spacious. Very clean and the staff is very accommodating. I was there with my service dog. 3 minutes by car from downtown Blue Ridge so the location is great as well. And our room had a view of the mountains. Will definitely be back in the future! "

"Private, secluded cabin with beautiful views. Many things to do nearby or just relax with no neighbors. Deer in front yard every morning.Very clean cabin with all essentials needed including a great hot tup and front porch to relax on."

"It was just the two of us. The quiet back deck areas are very relaxing especially the hot tub with fireplace. The game room had old school pac man, dig dug video games as well as ping pong and darts."
