"Plenty of room for everyone and ample outdoor space. Enjoyed the panoramic view sitting on the front porch watching the sun rise while drinking coffee. The location is adjacent to the Marty Bender wildlife hiking trail. Great morning hike along the Smoky Hill River. Plenty to do on the property as well, but we didn’t have afternoon or evening time available as we were in town for my son’s wedding. The basement has a rustic “dude cave” that we explored. New appliances, two full bathrooms, and roomy sleeping areas. "

"We don’t have a whole Lot to say because we only stayed about 12 hours, but the room was immaculately clean, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities in the bathroom were somewhat bougie. The shower had good water pressure and was clean. No bathtub, but that didn’t bother us at all. The breakfast was what you’d expect from a mid range hotel. Your basic carbs with eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, and biscuits and gravy. The hard boiled eggs were a nice touch. The cute young desk clerk that checked us in at about 11 PM was very sweet. It looked like she was trying to ward off a young hotel guest that was trying to court her. "

"Beds were quite comfortable. The room was good size and clean. You may want to look at the caulking around the shower. It is cracked and makes the shower look less clean. "
