"Everything was great with the exception of one waitress who refused to take a room service order tours the end of his shift and when I went in person to get food was rude and disrespectful. He finished contaminating the food I took… :(. My kids were hungry… how hard is that to understand for a waitress??? Everyone else was incredible friendly and truly looking to help and serve… I was there during the club World Cup "

"Stayed here to be a tourist for a few days. This property is in a great spot- close to many points of interest and plenty of restaurants . The front desk staff were all very friendly , helpful and always ready to assist with any needs you may have . The size of the room was pretty small, however this did not bother us as we only were in the room to sleep. Left early each day and got back to the room about 9pm. Would stay here again for our next visit to the city."
