“I appreciated staying here for four days. It is a very spacious, secure property. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I had a parking spot available every day. It is also close enough to downtown. I was upgraded to the penthouse suite as a courtesy of the host. It was BEAUTIFUL, to say the least, with all of the amenities I needed. I wish there were dishes (pots, pans, ladles) for me to cook with or that I knew there weren't any so I could've brought my own. There were still enough eating...

“The condo was nice and helped us sleep 8 for a multi-day conference located at McCormick Place. The distance was walkable, and Uber can pick up right outside the door in the case of inclement weather. There was more than enough space for us and the kitchen was in great shape. Would book again! To note: the closest L-line station (Cermak-Chinatown) did not have a ticket kiosk during our stay- plan ahead!”

So easy to get around from this location. We could walk almost everywhere or take the train. I would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.”

“I can not express how amazing it was to work with Jaye. I am a chicago resident who moved away from work and came back for graduation. While in town, there was an issue with getting into the apartment completely created by me. However, even in the middle of the night, Jaye was extremely responsive, very calm, and supportive and resolved the situation quickly. I can not express enough what a joy it was to work with her.”

“Excellent VRBO for those with large groups! The host was responsive and allowed us to have early checkin and luggage storage! The location was ideal for people who don’t mind a 10 minute walk to the subway or quick 10 minute ride to downtown Chicago. Safe neighborhood in Chinatown. “I never actually got to stay at this location. I purchased this place in May and the day of arrival the HOST canceled on us. We were 9 hrs from home, I had made multiple attempts to reach the host and she never responded to me. I would not trust using this place or the host. When I called VRBO, they noted she had been active on her acct. several times within the last few weeks. This is not a person she is a scammer. Best of luck to those who take the chance. I should have read the reviews...

“Very clean and nice two bedroom apartment. I and a colleague were there for a conference so we didn't really take advantage of all the amenities - but it is impressive. It comes with a garage - a little tight fit for our minivan but otherwise fine. Landlords responded well to texts.”

“Our children and grandchildren gathered here for our family celebration. There was room for 8 adults, and 4 kids during the day to eat and play. Cooking amenities were very good. There was ample on street parking as well as 2 off street parking spots in the back of the rental. A school playground was less than a block away for when toddlers needed to get outside. The matresses were not too soft and the sheets were as nice as hotel sheets (in my experience that is often not the case in rentals)....
