I had to cancel my stay after the 1st night. I had to pay for all three nights. Great location but hotel is definitely run on the cheap with broken ice machines worn out everything and small rooms for the price

I loved staying at this property. It was the perfect combination between rest and relaxation and family friendly. The staff was outstanding, and they made every effort to accommodate us. Our bagman was excellent and every day asked us how did we enjoy the city. The art Deco decor was very nice and elegant, and the bedroom was modern. Our housekeeper did the most fabulous work at keeping our room looking nice, fresh, clean and well stocked. We also enjoyed the cookies from the convenience stand (we used our daily $10 credit for them). The bar was nice, with very attentive staff. Overall I would love to stay at this hotel every time I go to Chicago.

Nice hotel - near everything we wanted to be close too. Staff is ok - guy at check in was good. The room was comfortable and clean. I would stay there again - my only complaint - is the "destination fee" why charge an additional $30 a night??? This is no resort. And I opted for the UPSELL for a larger room - but the larger room was just a bigger hallway - not a seating area like promised - so that was a little disappointing.
