The Space:
Walk through the front door of our home to find a large, open and updated living room with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV - a space where the whole family can relax and unwind together after a beautiful day at one of Eastham's nearby bay or ocean beaches.

The living room flows into a dining area with seating for eight, and into a fully equipped kitchen with island seating. The slider off the dining room leads to the deck area, where you will find outdoor seating with an umbrella for shade and a gas grill, as well as a large private yard and outdoor shower. The first floor of our home also features the master bedroom with a queen bed, a laundry area with a washer and dryer, and a full bathroom.

Walk downstairs to the basement if you want to play some pool, or upstairs to the second floor to find two more bedrooms, one with a full bed and the other (a lofted bedroom) with two twins.

Sit on the deck in the morning sun with a good book and your coffee, hop on your bike and go for a ride on the nearby Cape Cod Rail Trail, or enjoy the Wellfleet Drive-in Movie Theater, only 5-minutes away! Be central to everything that Cape Cod is!

​​​​​​​Other amenities include WiFi, cable TV, and window A/C units in all bedrooms. Fresh linens and bath towels are also provided free of charge, and the beds will be made upon your arrival. Don’t forget to bring your dog along too!

Location, dog friendly home keys to our stay
Celebration of life brought us to the Cape for a long weekend with family, including our dog. Location was convenient to the bike trail and beaches for our time together. Communication with property manager was helpful and clear. Quiet neighborhood.

Clean Home; Convenient Location
This was a very clean house in a great, fairly private, quiet location. No fenced yard for a pet, but plenty of room to walk one. Good space in kitchen & large dining room table. Convenient lobster pot (but just one shell cracker). Only real negative was the downstairs bed - creaky and uncomfortable mattress with poor pillows.

Misleading and Poor Conditions
We were very disappointed from the moment we walked in, the pet smells were awful and the carpet stains were disgusting. The couches were also stained and had sheets on them to cover up the stains, we couldn’t even bring ourselves to sit on them. The rental team offered to come in and clean but to be honest that’s not what we paid for and not to mention an inconvenience to our vacation. Understanding this was a pet friendly home we did expect a better experience. I am rating this property as a 1, The photos on the website do not represent the property accurately, even the fish on the wall is in awful condition. We provided photos of the conditions and several people from the rental office agreed it was not up to their standards. We have been renting for 5 years in Eastham and love the area, we have never seen a rental property this bad.

Very nice home with lots of room.
We rented this house for four nights. It was in the middle of the cape and so we could go either way for sightseeing. Everything was provided that we needed.
