“A group of friends and I were on a spring break trip out west and stayed in this amazing house. Everything was renovated and very nice and cleanly. The house had lots of rooms and beds to sleep everyone and had a bunch of cool retro game machines. The kitchen was very open and had lots of space for multiple people to use at the same time. The backyard has a nice deck and yard to utilize as well. The owner was very quick to respond when I had questions for him and was very willing and helpful....

“Our party consisted of 7 adults and the size of the home was more than adequate to comfortable host us. The property manager was very helpful and communicative in the days leading up the trip, as well as, making sure things were good upon our arrival and settling in. The house was well stocked with all the essentials and provided easy access to the surrounding towns and highways. A nice bonus was the paved trail across the street which was convenient for a morning walk, run, or bike ride.”

“Rented the property so we had a place to stay while visiting my sister. It was clean cozy and close to downtown. They were able to accommodate our early check in with ease even though it was made last minute! Good open communication very friendly/welcoming. The property was perfect for what we needed. we wish we were able to use the fire pit and hot tub but due to the Denver weather it snowed quite a bit but it was a beautiful space.”

The beds were comfortable, it was in a very convenient location - I was able to walk to it from Union Station (to and from the airport) - and it had the amenities I needs (iron and iron board, nice towels, etc). Would definitely stay here again.”
