“A good central location with parking about 200m away. Easy contactless check-in. The property was generally in very good condition, except some damage to the sofa cushion and a blind pull was unattached. Good bed, excellent shower and large TV. Some welcome gifts (tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, spounge) were very helpful. The room was made up each night too which I didn't expect. Overall very good and perfect for my business stay.”

Hosts supplied email address & mobile number weren’t in service/operational.
Hotels.com agents, the hosts management company, Travelnest had the same issue, hence their vetting & monitoring processes are very questionable.
Extremely distressing & frustrating experience.
Wouldn’t wish the above ‘experience’ on anyone else, AVOID!!!”

“Another lower than expected stay when using hotels.com. The value does not reconcile to the experience, location and satisfaction.
This property was one of three former residential. Thankfully it was one of three and the others were empty because on arrival the door to the property had leaves and debris that looked like it had been stored for sometime.
The bedroom handle in this one bedroom bungalow was broken and prevented access to this area.
