"We had a wonderful trip and the property was exactly what we were expecting. Great location and easy access to the beach. “The Deck” was definitely one of the better places we’ve stayed and the owner was easy to get ahold of if we had any issue. Lucky for us, we didn’t! I would highly recommend this property if you’re looking for your next stay in OBX!"

"The waterfront views and daily sunsets were so wonderful. This property was an excellent match for my family. So many outdoor activities are provided at no additional cost. There are 3 paddleboards, kayaks, and bikes, which kept us busy. The pool is excellent. Access to a local gym and tennis club was also great. Well-stocked kitchen. The host was great! She was available and informative throughout our stay. We will definitely be going back!"

"We’ve been coming to Hatteras Island for many years and this has been one of our favorite properties! When we arrived the condo was spotless and the check-in process was seamless. Dan was great with communication also! We had a couple questions while there and he responded within minutes and never made us feel as though we were a bother. If you enjoy beautiful sunsets the island has to offer, you will be thrilled to know that this location is PERFECT! The convenience of this location was also a major plus as it is within walking distance to several of our favorite places. Dan even has a list of his favorite restaurants on the fridge which helped us in deciding where our next meal would be when we were indecisive. I would like to add that the cherry on top for us wasn’t the kayaks or even the pool access. It was the neighbors! They were so friendly and always made a point to say hello in passing. We look forward to staying at this property again if the opportunity presents itself!"
