"The 10 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were perfect for our group, as was the kitchen/living space. We enjoyed the pool area. We were very disappointed with the beach. We had hoped the toddlers could play in the sand. Even with several people raking, we were unable to clear the seaweed, etc. "

"Excellent in so many ways! Plenty of room for gathering, plus lots of spaces for getting away for "Me" time. Loved that each bedroom has it's own bathroom - nice privacy. Check-in was so easy and hassle-free (Thank you!) The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans (though a couple more smaller pots would have been helpful) and plenty of utensils. That pot-filler feature is amazing! Never knew I needed one!"

"We felt very much at home! The pool and hot tub were much appreciated. The home was well equipped and clean. The hostess was very informative, easy to reach, and quick to respond. We enjoyed the deck for our morning coffee. The kids enjoyed the built in porch area and utilized it for a playroom. Very satisfied! "

"The Deck House was perfect for our large, extended family vacation. Plenty of room to spread out for both fun party time and quiet reading/down time. Property was clean, nicely decorated, and kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking needs, etc.Easy walk to the beach, DQ across the street, grocery near by. Chuck was very responsive from beginning to end and a pleasure to communicate with.Highly recommend for fun family gatherings."

"House was great and just as described in the listing. Very clean. We had a slight issue with check in (not the owners' fault) and they responded immediately to our request for help. Short walk down a path and over a dune to the beach. We had a great week! "

"This was our first time renting on the sound and we chose the perfect house! The house was clean, exactly as described and the location was perfect! We were close to restaurants, shops, and a little playground for the kids. Karen, the host, was quick to respond , she even checked in in on us on our drive down to see our eta and give instructions. She provided every ounce of instruction and recommendation you would need while staying there. Check in was easy, check out was easy. The private beach was great for the sunset and beautiful to just sit at. Would definitely rent again!"

"We decided to book this property after reading the large number of positive reviews. Sure enough, the condo was wonderful in all respects. The views of the canal and out to the bay through the large windows in the living area and from the lovely balcony were so lovely. There was plenty of parking right in front of the property. The public beach a short walk across Rt. 12 was very clean and not at all crowded. We loved that the area was peaceful and not crowded while there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. My husband enjoyed two days of fishing from the pier where everything he needed was provided. Our daughter, husband, and two girls under 6 stayed in a nearby house on the ocean side . We found plenty of activities that we enjoyed at times together and at others seperately. The girls had a great time on the beach, at Studio 12 making pottery, and visiting the Aquarium about 45 minutes away. The six days went by too fast, and we're hoping to return for a longer time next year, ideally to the same condo."
