"Awesome location right on tbe beach. Beautiful home with a well stocked kitchen. Internet was good for 7 people. The only problem really was the cleanliness. The floors had not been cleaned. There were blocks under the couchs. You could see dust and sand under all the beds, furniture, and on the floors. The upstairs master shower had mold in from not being cleaned properly. There was a very musty smell when we 1st walked in the home. We didn't receive a text stating it was ready until we finally just went over and then received a text after the fact once we signed into the internet. With proper cleaning I would definitely want to rent again."

"We had the unfortunate luck of starting our vacation right when hatteras was being evacuated for hurricane Erin. Sergey was an excellent host, communicating with us the whole time and arranging alternate plans on the fly as no one knew when the island would reopen. Not only was he an incredibly flexible host, his home is wonderfully done to accommodate a family or small group and the location is in an ideal spot within Avon. We will be rebooking this property again for next year and hope we can stay the full time then! "

"We had a great week! Very quiet & peaceful location on the sound all while being very close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Plenty of room for extended family to have their own space, all while having great common areas to spend time together. The book and game library in the living room provide plenty of things to do inside if the weather isn't great, or if you just need to get out of the sun. Owner was very attentive and helpful and provided all the information we needed to get the most from our stay. "
