You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Peace, quiet and big bass!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You can fish off the shore, or put your boat in less than a mile away and tie up right in front of the house. Once Lake Fork's level is back to normal, there is a boat ramp in our back yard! They have been catching big bass right in front of our home. In the evening light the grill and enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful spot.
Ladies - we are only 26 miles from Canton.

Lots of windows providing incredible views of Lake Fork. Screened in porch. Help yourself to what ever is growing in the garden.

Family 30 years Reunited
Very clean, beautiful huge home and property,great fishing from dock,deer in yard at night and dawn,just bring your clothes and food cause everything else is there.family is from emory tx.went back to reunite with family we had not seen in 30 years due to all of life styles all we were happy and excited to see each other had great fish fry from fish caught at dock thank you for sharing your home and property hope to stay again .

Loved time with the family
My husband has always wanted to fish the famous Lake Fork and finally did. The house and yard met our needs. The yard is quite large and mostly fenced and our dogs loved running and playing in the open. We had a neighbor dog visit daily with no issues. When we arrived there had been lots of rain and the grass was quite long and brought more bugs out. After a few days I contacted the hosts and they had someone there the next morning to mow, Instant beautification, what a change to the appearance and the bugs. There is a fabulous screened in porch where we spent a lot of time. Unfortunately there was not a lot of comfortable seating for our old bodies or enough for eight in any one room together. We did play games at night in the dining room and were able to see deer and fox daily in the yard from there. The laundry room is in the garage area and needs attention but everything worked. I always try to book where each adult couple has their own bathroom and this one has two baths, one in the hallway and one between the two bedrooms with the larger beds. The bathroom is like a jack and Jill bath and is very large with a walk in closet. If you don't mind sharing with other adults it works fine. We were able to fish off the dock but not successfully. In summary, we had a fabulous time, the owners are trying to accommodate everyone, it is a large property with lots of water frontage, a garden on the side, and wildlife in the yard. Fun for all.

The house had everything you need. We were very pleased with our stay. The a/c went out the day we got there and the owner and repair people where there within hours to get it taken care of! Nice, quiet place right on the lake!
