Honestly, this was one of the most frustrating resort experiences I’ve had. I traveled with my baby, a stroller, and luggage, and despite that, we were placed on the 4th floor of a building where the elevator was not even working at all the entire time we were there. I asked the receptionist if we could be moved to the 1st floor or to another building where the elevator was working and was told no and she made absolutely no attempt to accommodate us or even offer a reasonable solution. I had to carry two suitcases and a stroller up four flights of stairs while traveling with an infant as well as carry the stroller up and down any time I needed it. If you’re traveling with a baby, stroller, elderly person, or anyone who has difficulty with stairs, I would seriously think twice about staying here. Also, there is mold on many places inside and outside of the buildings, the tv remote didn’t work at all, and you’d see dirty plates laid on the side of the stairs. Another issue i encountered was my room flooded with water and i had to use the towels to clean up and I didn’t get towels when I requested the day after even though housekeeping took the towels. Besides that, the buffet was decent. The staff in the kitchen were friendly and accommodating. Security was also helpful.

Very Pricey didnt get access to good restaurantes and to many amenities far from the good places not impress would not invest in the presidencial suites at Life style again poor Quality for soo much money great staff hard working people
