Second time staying here. First time was pleasant. This time wasn’t as pleasant. Hotel was packed. My room was changed 4 times. First room ac stopped working, over 20 mosquito bites. I could hear the pigeons in the corners of the roof and could even see feathers coming through the cracks. Second room had a roof leak. Third room ac was leaking and mold everywhere. 4th room ac stopped working but they did fix it. Maintenance guy Moises is the man! Food was par. All the staff there is amazing. Beautiful views. Plenty to do. Restaurants, excursions, etc. Will stay in the future but definitely will inspect room before unpacking.

My stay was okay the staff is amazing in the morning but who ever answered the phone for room service was rude. There should be more food options me and my partner only enjoyed the breakfast at the buffet and one day that they had Dominican food. The restaurants weren’t that great and the drinks either. I don’t think I would come to this location again but I’m willing to try different locations. I would like te recognize one of the staff members (Jose) who was amazing with us during our visit.

An der angegebenen Adresse existiert überhaupt kein Hotel. Mir wurde am Anreisetag mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel angeblich geschlossen sei und ich woanders untergebracht werde. Das andere Hotel ist in Ordnung jedoch weiß das Personal nicht gut Bescheid und es kostet viel Zeit und Nerven vor Ort zu klären, dass man eigentlich woanders reserviert und schon bezahlt hat. Wirkt insgesamt alles etwas verdächtig.
