"One of my go-to hotels in La Crosse. Quiet, right off the main road, comfy and welcoming."

"Special shout out to Anthony on 9/17 who did some quick-thinking troubleshooting to resolve a problem with our reservation. I thought I reserved a double queen room but when we arrived, there was one bed in an ADA room. We had had a long day's drive and really wanted/needed our own beds to rest. Anthony swapped our room with another guest who needed only one bed. We really appreciated his effort to resolve the situation."

"I love all the high end touches you added to the hotel. The keeping the integrity of the establishment was amazing! I appreciated the old hard wood floors in the rooms with the added new modern tile work. The pictures in the bathroom could have been a higher class of art but the wallpaper was very nice. "

"Great selection on breakfast foods. Pool area clean, nice painting on walls, small water slides in kiddy pool and main pool. Friendly staff. Room nice and comfortable beds."
