“The pool and sauna were closed and had been for a while. I attempted to get a refund but was told because the website informed that the pool was closed I could not. They said they might (couldn’t promise anything) comp me for the extra days but I would have to pay for that night. I checked the website again and them informing people of the closure is a small text at the bottom of their front page, hardly a real notification. The room was less than well taken care of, the bathroom door had holes……

“The location was about the only positive aspect of our stay. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, and we were informed that it would likely be several months before it was repaired. This was disappointing, as the pool was one of the amenities that influenced our booking decision. We were also frustrated by the breakfast situation. “The staff was very friendly. They had two gambling machines in the hallway next to the pool. Which was pretty awesome. I won $200. My mother-in-law won 100 bucks the bathrooms in the hotel room were not the cleanest they could use a little updating. To be honest the hotel and the hallway just had a very strong smell of the Indian culture. Like someone was cooking food or something. Strong spices in the air. Expedia charged me $189. “The room smelled like a bleach and foul smell. The shower was full of hair had to wash before I could take a shower. We left two days before we were supposed to.”

“While checking in, the front desk associate did not seem to understand how to use the computer which led to a very long check in. The hot tub and pool were not functioning and was not stated on their website.
