I never received check in instructions, tried to call the number on file and it went straight to voicemail. I showed up to the property and gave the leasing office the number I had to see if it was associated with a tenant. It was and they said they haven't lived there since last year. Never got to stay there, had to find a last minute hotel”

“**SCAM ALERT!!** Property doesn't disclose check in info at booking. You have to contact the owner prior to recieve instructions however the owner NEVER Answered calls, text or in app messages!! I even conctacted support and they still couldn't get through to them. After several dispute attempts Expedia finally got to the owner somehow and they still denied a refund knowing they did not fulfill there obligation!
