I never received check in instructions, tried to call the number on file and it went straight to voicemail. I showed up to the property and gave the leasing office the number I had to see if it was associated with a tenant. It was and they said they haven't lived there since last year. Never got to stay there, had to find a last minute hotel”

“Austin was very communicative before and during our stay. Upon checking in we didnt have toilet paper and after messaging him some was delivered within an hour. The condo was in a secure building and exactly as listed. Would definitely stay again. ”

“**SCAM ALERT!!** Property doesn't disclose check in info at booking. You have to contact the owner prior to recieve instructions however the owner NEVER Answered calls, text or in app messages!! I even conctacted support and they still couldn't get through to them. After several dispute attempts Expedia finally got to the owner somehow and they still denied a refund knowing they did not fulfill there obligation! Expedia is STILL fighting to get my refund and they STILL DON'T ANSWER CALLS. I was……
