“Check in was great and friendly staff. Due to a faulty key pad we had to change rooms. The maintenance person came to change key pad, but that didn't work. The new room was smaller and smelled like a dog. It was not as clean as our original room. This was an inconvenience we were here for an event and we were a hour late. We had to move all our stuff with no help.”

“The first day I lived on the first floor was still noisy, and the bathroom leaked. The next day, the front desk service staff helped me adjust it to the second floor, and the whole was better. The attitude of the service staff is still good.”

“I had reserved a suite for 5 people. They didn’t have one available but they were awesome and gave us 2 joining rooms for only a fraction over the reserved price. They were very accommodating! Appreciated the service. Thank you!”
