This is a beautiful hotel with excellent curb appeal, especially when viewed from the beach, with its lovely straw umbrellas. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and pool-facing rooms offer a lovely view. The staff are amazing. From reception throughout the hotel, everyone is welcoming and helpful. The food is varied, with plenty of restaurants and bars open throughout the day, so you certainly won’t go hungry. A particularly nice touch is the refrigerators stocked with water and soft drinks, available throughout the resort. You can even order drinks from the beach by scanning the barcode near your seat. The entertainment team is great, with plenty of activities available throughout the day. The main swimming pool is massive, and there is also a quieter pool if you prefer some peace and relaxation. The hotel is very well suited to families with children, as well as guests looking for peace and quiet. The sea was warm and gentle in the morning, with pleasant medium waves in the afternoon. Walking distance to the Main Street with shops. The spa was amazing! We loved our stay and will definitely come back!

Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. We filled in the questionnaire on leaving…a positive would be padded sun beds…we only lay out for 20mins during our whole time there😢 We were visiting Friends from Uk staying at the resort…Martin & John had a blast at archery at 4pm every afternoon. I used the gym facilities which were great.
