“Bottle caps and cigarette butts all over the ground outside the front door that is broken. Used charcoal dumped out next to the front door. The storm door is broken. Coffee maker doesn’t work. AC filter needs to be clean. The water filter needs to be changed. The oven dial is unreadable. Ants everywhere. I guess I should have known at that price. ”

“The property was very clean and the location was convenient and matched the description. However, prospective guests should know that the pool is shared between two units, despite our expectation from the listing that it would be private. We were also unable to use the grill because it was not functioning, and the living room TV was difficult to operate. The pool area could use better upkeep. Overall, the property met our basic needs, but it did not feel as well-maintained or as comfortable as……

“We had such an amazing time here! This is our second time staying at this property after visiting over Thanksgiving. We loved it so much that we booked again this June and we were not disappointed! The property is in such a great location and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We even saw Manatees on the dock a couple of times in the morning! The only sad thing was that we wish we could have stayed longer! 10/10 would stay again and recommend! The host is always helpful and responds……

The pool is situated at the perfect spot when it gets to hot on the beach we would congregate at the pool which was partially shaded.
