A lovely 1 bedroom studio with King bed plenty of amenities! Enjoy the perks of being downtown without the noise of being downtown! I was attending a conference at the Graduate and decided to stay here instead of the hotel where everyone else was staying. The downtown studio was perfect! It offered everything I needed plus a little respite from the busyness of the hotel and conference. Clean, very well equipped and cozy. Just right!

This property is the perfect size for a quick weekend visit. Close to UofO and many good restaurants and shopping. Comfortable, clean, well-appointed and centrally located. Would definitely stay again.

This property was wonderful! In a great location close to great coffee shops and restaurants and U of O campus. The property itself was beautifully appointed with everything we needed. Very cozy to come home to in the evening.
