"My flight was delayed which caused me to come in later than I planned. I called the hotel as soon as I landed to let them know that I maybe there afternoon midnight. I spoke to such a wonderful lady I believe her name was Skyretta, and she told me not to worry, my room will be here when I arrived and it was. I was totally grateful for such wonderful Customer Service!! Thank you!!"

"Beach view awesome, clean room, staff great. Only complaint is that staff did not separate garbage from recyclables. There was a bottle and can recycling bin just outside the front desk, but housekeepers didnt separate bottles and cans from trash and threw everything into the trash. Humans/staffneed to be trained to be more environmentally conscious."
